Shipping

Print Orders - Unframed (Rolled)

All rolled, unframed print orders are printed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a second notification when your order has shipped.

Print Orders - Framed

All framed print orders are printed and shipped within_____ business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a second notification when your order has shipped.

Incorrect Address

Please note that if the shipping address you put in your order is incorrect you will either need to go to that address to receive it or order again at your cost. Orders with the wrong address will not be issued refunds or replacements.

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping on all rolled and framed paper print orders.

Duties & Taxes

Paper prints rolled or framed, shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Treg McCoy is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your tracking number, please contact us at hello@tregmccoy.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@tregmccoy.com. We will email you instructions to ship your return. Please note that you will be responsible for shipping charges on a return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not the United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 3-day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
